I am composing this at 12:46 am EST on January 1st 2012; full of hope and thanksgiving.
God blessed us immensely in 2011 and 2012 promises to be even more fruitful so long as we turn our plans over to Him. We want what He wants for us, for we know He knows best.
That isn't to say that I don't have a list of goals for this year! God willing, there are some things I'd like to accomplish around the house-which is different from the resolutions I posted a few days ago.
Here's the list:
Perform a complete overhaul of Beauty's room: new paint, new floor, new bedding, new curtains
Freshen walls in Buck's room as well as paint bookshelf and desk. Possibly new floor as well. New beddding.
Paper the hall.
Repaint hall bath.
Paint kitchen
Clean out the attic!!!!!! We've been saying we were going to do this for going on 4 (yes F-O-U-R) years now.
Plant trees in front yard.
Paint shed.
Paint dog houses.
Add gravel to drive way.
Add creek rock to rock garden.
Beauty and I hope to launch our new line of homemade bath products: soaps, lip balm, hard lotions and bath salts. Stay tuned!
That about sums it up. I'm sure I'll add to it and hopefully cross things off as the year proceeds.
