Daddy's Girl

I had an appointment this morning so Eastwood stayed with my aunt and Helana went with her grandaddy to deliver some hay to some customers.  When they were finished, they stopped by a junkyard to look for a truck window.  Helana went inside with him.  He said he noticed Helana looking at something on the floor.  She studied it for a minute then said "Drive shaft".  It was a drive shaft.  What would a six-year-old princess know about a drive shaft?  Well, she has been "under the hood" of Joey's old truck since she was two.  She could probably change my oil if I asked her to.  You see, Daddy teaches her all the important stuff; I just handle the rest!
