Hunting

Well, as I said I would, I went hunting for the first time yesterday morning. I did not go to Washington County as originally planned. I couldn't see paying $50 to hunt for just a couple of hours. That is all the time I had, since I also had Helana's party yesterday afternoon. So, I went behind my house. I saw one doe, but it was too far away for me to attempt a shot. Later, after I mistakenly chose to move locations, I scared off about five does.

Joey went to his dad's farm at Lincoln Park. He says I missed out on an eight-point buck. It came within 30 yards of my stand. He says he didn't shoot it cause it wasn't wide enough, but I would have loved it. Whatever. Figures. If he ever gets one, I'll be sure to post it here.
