We began by having our Bible lesson, the Easter story of course. I found this awesome Interactive DVD Bible Story book, with narration by Max Lucado, Rebecca St. James and more. You have the option of either reading the story, or watch a picture narration on DVD (or both). After each lesson is a praise song, with the words highlighted on the screen. We love it, even Eastwood is mesmerized with it.
Next, we had our usual reading lesson, reviewing our sight words and doing the lessons on time4learning.com. Later, we dyed and decorated Easter eggs.It was so gorgeous outside, we had to be a part of it. We drew pictures on the sidewalk.
My Bradford Pears were in bloom.
Joey mowed the yard for the first time this year.AND Helana earned a "badge" for knowing how to "stop, drop, and roll".
