Book Review: Joey's Big Adventure

I have been given the opportunity to review this book for the Dorrance Book Review Team.

Joey's Big Adventure by Yvonne McCarthy Scorcia is a fun adventure story for boys and anyone young at heart.

Synopsis: Joey is a rambunctious, energetic twelve-year-old boy full of curiosity and imagination. In fact, his imaginary adventures often leads him, and his group of friends, into trouble! One day, after being scolded by an elderly neighbor for running through his tomatoes, Joey, his brother Billy, and their friends began to wonder as to the purpose of the old man's small building behind his house. Joey's imaginings and spying eventually lead him into an adventure bigger and more dangerous than he could've ever bargained for!

I would recommend this book for boys between the ages of 9 and twelve. Although I am a woman in her thirties, I still enjoyed reading it and look forward to sharing it with my young son. Adventurous little girls may enjoy it too!  Purchase this book directly from Dorrance Publishing by clicking here!
